bizarre decision. Online transaction saves so much money to banks as well as consumers!

Consider the Petroleum levy which has jacked up after the take over of their Government. It supposed to go down if not eliminated as per their mandate. Jump in Sugar tax, which is now on the market price instead of Government fixed price ( which is always lower than the market price), even though there is no increase in sugar tax, but since the settlement price criteria has now been changed, it will bring more money to the Government from the consumers.

This new tax on Bank transactions are also a sort of hidden tax, which could be bumped up in the future. Funny thing is that IK used to criticize and condemned these hidden tax and levies on certain items in Pakistan , but now, he is ready to not only increase them but also ready to implement new taxation and place the burden on consumers in Pakistan

For those who now start to be a bit sarcastic about the economy, should remember that IK and Murad Saeed openly contested those who disregard the foreign assets of political personalities , by promising the nation that they would bring a huge treasure of US dollars on a very first day of their forming the Government. Where are those billions which were waiting to be poured in Pakistan on the first day of new Government ?

It is a fee that will be charged by the Bank, there is no TAX !!!
If one make one crore online transactions per month, bank are now allowed to charge maximum of 0.1% that will be 10,000 for one crore ...
