Well Hanging Gardens of Babylon were terraces on a natural hill that were cut accordingly and looked like a building with gardens on the terraces. This building is not even remotely similar to hanging gardens of Babylon because the description in the book of Maimonides details the wonder unlike anything ever created. So no wonders as of now. Search hanging gardens and you might come to know what I mean.

A typical desi who could not digest critical thinking and difference of approach that's what you are. Do u even know what a windstorm or gales is? In Canada and USA we get winds in the range of 60 -80 Km per hr and this is what it looks like ( Pics below).

Good commentary, and then again in every country the building safety codes are different. For instance in Ontario Canada any hanging or oversized object leaning against the balcony is considered a safety hazard. If the building superintendent sees anything that poses a public safety concern then we are told to comply or else face fines.
Hanging objects, grills, tires are not allowed. What seems like a good idea in Milan Italy does not necessarily apply to other countries . It appears that in Milan Italy the weather is not extreme like in the US and Canada or even UK where the winds are actually pretty strong and heavy cultivation hanging from the balconies pose serious safety concerns.
