This is only possible if IK is in power. So once IK is in power he need to make sure that all those who have looted the country and are also involved in this foreign funded RCO (that has caused a lot of stress and suffering due to the inflation to the common people) are publically trialed and punished. If this is not done, I suspect the country is at the verge of complete destruction. People will only tolerate all the tough decisions when they see that it is not only them who are suffering but the powerful people who have looted the country in the past are also being punished.
