Every few weeks, sometimes even after few days ministries are being swapped and responsibilities are being interchanged between same old ministers. Can any body please explain this logic, that if a minister is not good in one ministry, how can he be good in the other? Is this not a height of fickleness of the incumbent government?

I think the logic is very simple. As soon as a minister learns the trick of the trade of his ministry and finds ways and means to make money, he is transferred to another ministry….to start the learning process again.
Please note that in PTI government , not even a single minister is caught doing corruption... ?

It does not make sense to anyone to be doing this. Khan claimed that he will put merit in place, however it seems someone else is calling the shots. How can you run a Govt like this. Look at poor Hamad Azhar, he is being kicked around like a football. There is too much emphasis on switching people around, whether beurocracy or Police IG, people are being moved like crazy. Very disappointing.

Yar, tum log politics mein cricket ki terminologies itni ziada kion istemal kartay ho? Aur har doosri baat par IK ki Cricket wali pics laga detay ho. IK left cricket 29 years ago and he is in politics for the past 25 years.

IK’s biggest issue is that he is mardam na-shanaas ( in politics and governance). So, he appoints ministers based on his flawed understanding and tukka baazi. Later on, he realizes that he put wrong people in wrong ministries. So, he then swaps their ministries, again thinking that now ministers will perform better. Root cause is IK’s own limited understanding of governance and politics. He thinks about governance and politics in terms of cricket ( His social media supporters also do the same) though he left cricket 29 years ago and is in politics for the past 25 years. In western democracies, cabinets reshuffle happens regularly & ministers are transferred from one ministry & department to another.
One purpose of reshuffling is to reassign responsibilities among departments & ministries. This may be done to reflect new priorities or for reasons of efficiency.
