Pakistan-Russia joint exercise DRUZBAH

The Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif on Thursday visited field area near Attock and witnessed the ongoing Pakistan-Russia joint exercise DRUZBAH, said Inter Services Public Relations.

General Petr Pavel, Chairman NATO Military Committee called on Chief of the Naval Staff at Naval Headquarters today.

During the meeting matters of mutual interest and defence collaboration came under discussion.

The Naval Chief also highlighted Pakistans commitment and performance in fight against terrorism including participation of Pakistan Navy in Coalition Maritime Campaign Plan (CMCP) and Counter Piracy Operations. General Petr Pavel lauded Pakistan Navys role and focused commitment in support of maritime security for peace and stability in the region.
