عام لوگوں میں جتنے غلط توہمات پھیلے ہیں اور باطل رسموں اور "بے جا پابندیوں" کی جو نئی نئی شریعتیں بن گئی ہیں ان سب کی زمہ داری ان علماء پر ھے جنکے پاس کتاب الہی کا علم تھا مگر انھوں نے عام لوگوں تک اسکا علم نہیں پہنچایا ، پھر جب جہالت وجہ سے غلط طریقے رواج پانے لگے تو اس وقت بھی وہ "ظالم" منہ میں گھنگنیاں ڈالے بیٹھے تھے بلکہ ان میں سے بہتوں نے اپنا فائدہ اسی میں دیکھا کہ قرآن کے احکام پر پردہ ہی پڑا رھے​

Don’t put everything on Supreme Court. Stop putting gun on the shoulder of Courts. All over the world, this is the responsibility of the government to maintain law n order. This is what government is selected for.

Government should have taken strict action against them, should have banned them, and sent reference against them to Supreme Court. Government is doing all this right now.

First we need to understand that TLP is not only a political party, it is a mindset, which has been groomed over a period of decades in Pakistan and has been used and misused by many in the power game (including establishment).

Use of coercive power to curb these menaces is only a short term relief, like a painkiller pill, which only subsides the feelings of pain, while not doing anything to the problem from which the pain emanates.

Suppressing such factions by the use of brute force will do more harm than good. Remember, their sympathizers are also a part of this government and bureaucracy. Just like after Laal Mosque fiasco, there were more insider attacks on Pakistan Army than from the outsiders.

This is a mindset, which needs to be mollified and then reshaped. This cannot be done through use of force. They are very likely to recoil when the time is right. Rather, use patience and give them a face saving to retreat. Then reshape the minds of general public on this issue through media, debates and curriculum etc.

House arrest of their leadership. Then calling for a reconciliation between the Govt officials and their leadership and then floating their demands in the parliament (though everyone knows the fate of it).

But, the PM should hammer this statement that they have already achieved victory in this regard after the acceptance of Pakistan's bill of freedom of speech in UNGA and if afterwards, France repeats such an offense again, then Pakistan will leave no stones unturned in pursuing the matter on international level.

Sorry no mercy for the wicked. Till now they have been given face saving on many occasions to no use. These dungars consider that a weakness and comeback again and again to bully. It's time to get serious with them.

Will all the things that you suggested above be face saving for Government or for TLP? They will be face saving for government and win for TLP who will then say to their public that they have defeated government. These things embolden the people and are counter productive for the State. Believe me there will be no street to street fight in Pakistan if government takes just action against TLP. However, government and its social media team needs to stop circulating videos of TLP workers being beaten in police stations. Give them due punishments but without televising it.
