Ravish kumar is asking this question from Indian Govt.......but...what Pakistan's plans are for Kashmir....who will answer....seems we have compromised it...
Not sure about Indian plans but the Kashmiri plans are clear. Celebrate every Pakistan victory by flying Pakistani flags. India should be in no doubt what side the Kashmiris are on.
