If these vehicles are on a contract with ECP, then they must have signed a consent not to use the vehicles to promote any party when the vehicles are in the ECP services. This is absolutely infantile to say that the owner of these vehicles when on contract has no obligation to comply with the consentual contract. This would have been the mockery of the election when the vehicles hired by ECP, which is suppose Tu o be a neutral party, allow the party campaign or flag of any party taking part in the election. The owner of the vehicle has right to self expression but not on ECP pay roll. The ECP should get rid ob this vehicle and kick the owner out from the contract. Or lock him up in the prison for breaching contract conditions.

Nope, this vehicle is not hired by ECP. It is hired by a PTI member. He offered his vehicle to transport some soldiers from point A to B as their was a shortage of vehicles during that time. The PTI member offered a favor which the soldiers took.
But how come does it connote that they are here to rig the elections?
Keeping in view a general observation that if someone is up to do something illegal, he will take every possible measure to hide it.
This can be criticized as an irregularity, but not immorality.

They are probably on rental basis, I hardly think anyone bothered to sign a contract , just to hire few vehicles. I am sure they are not in ECP pay roll.This stance that army personals are traveling in such vehicles can actually result in promotion of any political party is subjective .this should not be blown out of proportion! Did you notice maryum nawaz did not addressed ECP in this photo! Should she not address the right authority if she has any genuine concerns! But we all know she won’t miss chance of mud slinging!
One more thing words like, ‘kick out of contract’ and ‘thrown in jail ‘should not be used for a some one who did no harm to anyone .

I don't know the truth and I don't care if it was a voluntary vehicle with PTI flag on. It's the perception which hoes out with these picture and knowing thec history of elections in Pakistan, it is not something which is extraordinary. The security is looking for vehicles? Sound like a pretty tough to digest considering the area in question. I think the more excuses are given, the more sinking is noticed.

It's something the other parties should consider before ECP. I don't like the military interference in elections in Pakistan. We have an example of what happened in Duska and how the provincial goverenment tried to rig the votes of people. Consider that in every crime, every irregularity and every bungled, no one ever given a proper punishment in Pakistan to detter such incidents. We have fall of half of our country and no one is still held accountable..... We don't know how to abide the rules, how to be fair and how to punish the culprits. Unfortunately this has been the history of our country and still is.

Who sent him abroad? Wasn't it the Imran Khan niazi who boasted at x's that he sympathized with him? The consequences of politically motivated cases always end up making compromises. IK is no different than any other leader. He is full with lotas and still thinks that he is to establish a new system with all old horses. You need to free yourself with Nawaz phobia. One thing is sure, pmln supporters are also confused about Nawaz sharif’s absconding fiasco! It’s clear that Nawaz sharif is not suffering from fatal ailment as he is not even getting any treatment!! He was sent back by the government on humanitarian basis, because he lied!and this step is used by pmln supporters to defend him! How can you ignore that he lied! Or this doesn’t matter to you people!This is completely illogical to blame government because no one is stopping him from returning back! He himself chose to stay in London! Nawaz sharif proved himself to be a coward!! A party led by such corrupt coward shouldn’t worry about accountability of others!!
