2) A man who won his country the 2nd World War, slept until noon every day and drank a lot of Whisky every night.

3). He was a war hero, won his country's medal for bravery in the 1st Word war, and was a vegetarian as well as a mediocre painter.

Biden has nothing to do with the mess in Afghanistan. It was started by CIA/Pentagon in cooperation with Junior Bush in October 2001. CIA/Pentagon was embarrassed to accept defeat and did not pulled out forces since 2011 when USA claimed that they have found Osama in Pakistan. I think Biden did well to finally end this game to pull out all troops and save his economy billions of dollars every year. Nawaz's story with hundreds of leadersin the world who went in exile and came back when things were in their favour. It is all political and political people do tactical moves. Nawaz went out in 2000 and came back in 2008. PML(N) got Punjab government in 2008 and Nawaz sworn in as PM in 2013. Nawaz may be hoping similar outcome; who knows this will happens or not but he adapted the tried and test route.

Yes I turned options to right direction. A ruler's performance is the key measure to decide who is better. Thread starter drafted the terms to suit his favourite. I have put options which everyone in the world will agree that yes governments should be judged through their performances. When we talk in detail about performances with numbers and evidence then Insafi either run away or they divert attention to "Why Nawaz Bhag gia?". Then why Khan was criticising PML(N) all 5 years? We have to discuss government performance as no one can sit and wait for 5 years. People of Pakistan are facing problems in economy and bad governance.
