New Zealand Cricket board, its PM, and its cricket team should not be criticized in simple words rather we all must say:

No sane countries' PM or board would take a decision contrary to intelligence sharing/advice of this nature. Which PM or board will take a risk and ask there team to continue with the tour if he/she is presented with an intelligence sharing that their players are likely to be attacked.
