Why FIR launch against 16 Unkonwn

I would like to know, why the FIR launch against unknowns, when the name can be found easily

1. From which police station or CTD branch those officers and Jawan came?
2. How many total strength deployed in that police station/ CTD branch?
3. How many is present during this shift?
4. How many stay in the police station/ CTD branch?
5. Who is the In-charge at that time?
6. How and what time information receive via fax, phone, social media?
7. Why not track the phone calls and social media account of all those employee involve in the operation?

Above questions are very simple and hope the JIT is more intelligence and capable then to common man, surely get the answer all above and even more complicated and combine the links.
Here is more question considering that information provided is 100% correct and nothing wrong;

2. If only Zeeshan is the suspect, why not fire only the front seat where both gents seated ( normally in Pakistan women and kids site back seats) so save the family members.
3. Why the shooters spread the fire to every where of cars,
4. Once the car on side line, why not issue the warning, and even issue the warnings, why not wait for few hours.

Please have or not open discussion on above points but raise to the people who are doing some kind of investigation.

I think this information is not properly communicated in the media.

There were two rounds of firings.

First one was blind firing when they just open firing on the car when all 4 kids, their mother, father and zeshan was in the car. During this time, mother covered some kids and protected them. One got bullet in his leg. Other daughter got injury in hands (not from bullet though). I believe mother was only able to cover 3 kids, and not the 13 year old girl.

When these animals found out that there were kids in the car and still alive, they had their humanity tingled and took the kids out of the car. And then fired again to make sure all critically injured are dead.

It was not even in their imagination that most of this was being recorded.

2. Answer : After they sprayed the first round of bullets they saw the considerably mature girl (kid),eyewitness to this crime so her life needs to end. Others are little kids evidence not admissible in courts.

4. Answer: According to my analysis, they are given marching orders to just empty the whole rounds as intelligence was 99% correct( actually not the case)

6. Answer :To make it look like they were reacting to the firing from zeeshan .They counter it with huge effort hence many bullets per body. Zeehan 13 bullets, father 8, mother 4 , areeba 6 bullets.
7. Once the car on side line, why not issue the warning, and even issue the warnings, why not wait for few hours.
8. Again they have marching orders to just empty the whole burst.its anger and revenge which is behind the killing of ISI man in karachi.

Again it all started with ISI man killed in karachi , silver honda was involved.
Safe city CCTV footage shows white alto and agencies pin pointed this ill fated car. Its now proven to be rental car ! Hired by zeeshan and agencies assume that zeshan is the suspect. Orders were issued and CTD which is the Rao Anwar of Punjab , and killed 350 suspects in fake encounters for agencies now executed the suspect as usual.
Its only the Mobile video and kids which leak the whole plan.
And the plot thickens.

As per law minister, the FIR was logged by relatives of victims and they didn't know the names that is why the names were not mentioned but the department names was mentioned. Actual FIR will be re-registered against real culprits by govt after JIT report.

Seems very good reply. But my question remains there why not wait till the suspect surrender or separated from others.

Yes sir its tit for tat, its spymaster vs spymaster game suspectedly.
Who are these people who killed ISI operative?
It must be external operatives. Even if you arrest them you cant prove their crime in courts , so encounter is answer! Or military courts which has hanged 173 suspects.
When so called #1 agency men got killed, it must have hurt the ego, Result, ordered to make them an example, 13 bullets per body!
Or one should be animal to do such barbarism.

IK will hurt his reputation as agencies will back CTD , because they need more encounters and CTD men will be punished like slap on the wrist. 5-7 yr imprisonment max (unlikely)
All will CTD men be paid by secret fund crores, if punished by court.

BullShiet by Raja Donkey Basharat, 2 FIR were registered .
1 by relatives other by CTD themselves in CTD own police station and still no names of paiti bhai .

FIR us bande ki madiyat ma darj hui hai jo head tha. aur us FIR ma maqtool family ko dehshat gard declare kiya hai. totally absurd
