Kid, violating traffic rules life one puts his/HER(bigsmile) life in jeopardy and you get fine or suspended licence for violating them. There are many vast majority of " secular " countries are based on Morals if it puts the live of another person in danger. All morals cannot to legislated. This is your lesson for today :):)

In my humble opinion, they want to be exposed themselves by dint of getting attraction of their audience and also it is a very high demand of electronic media and if they dont do like that they can not survive in today's electronic media. Though, its preety akward type of approach compromising your personality for seeking jobs.
