کیا ان کو بتایں گے کہ یہ قانون اس کے اپنے ذہن کی پیدا وار تھی اور اس کو انہوں نے خد عارف علوی کے ذریے لاگو کیا تھا - تا کہ اپنی چوریوں پر نیب سے بچ سکیں
