کچھ نوجوان لڑکوں میں ایک قبیح عادت پائی جاتی ہے جسے ’’خود لذتی‘‘ کہتے ہیں ماہرین کے مطابق اس عمل کا سبب کسی لڑکی یا فلمی ایکٹرس کا کوئی پوز یا اس کا لباس یا کسی فلم کا رومنٹک سین ہوتا ہے۔ لیکن خود لذتی شائد ہو لوگ کرتے ہوں جو کسی لڑکی تک اپروچ نہیں رکھتے لیکن جو بد معاش اور زور آور ہوں تو پھر زینب قتل کیس جیسے واقعات ہوتے ہیں۔

کل یہیں کسی پوسٹ میں ایک صاحب نے لکھا تھا کہ زینب نے کون سا نا مناسب لباس پہنا تھا کہ اس کا ریپ اور قتل ہو گیا۔ تو بھائی کیا یہ ممکن نہیں کہ قاتل کسی اور کو دیکھ کر بھڑک گیا ہو۔کیا یہ نہیں ہو سکتا کہ وہ پورن فلموں کا عادی ہو اور اپنی درندگی مٹانے کے لیے زینب جیسی معصوم کا شکار کیا ہو۔

جنسی جذبہ ایک فطری جذبہ ہے اگر اس کے نکاس کا قانونی اور شرعی راستہ نہ ملے تو تخریب کاری ضرور ہوگی اور یہ جذبہ مرد اور عورت دونوں میں ہوتا ہے بلکہ بہت سے معاشروں میں تو عورت ’’مرد‘‘ کا ریپ کرتی ہے۔

اکثر شادی شدہ لوگ بھی ریپ جیسا جرم کرتے ہیں کیوں کہ پرائی عورتوں کو دیکھ کر کچھ عرصے بعد انہیں اپنی بیوی میں کچھ کشش نظر نہیں آتی۔ اکثر مرد اپنے دوستوں کے سامنے اس کا اظہار بھی کرتے ہیں ۔اکثر مردوں میں یہ بُرائی بھی پائی جاتی ے کہ وہ اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ جنسی عمل کرتے ہوئے کسی دوسری عورت کا تصور لاتے ہیں جو کہ ’’ریپ ‘‘ ہی کی ایک قسم ہے ۔

اگر انسان کچھ دیر کے لیے سیاسی سوچ سے ہٹ کر سائنسی اور نفسیاتی انداز سے سوچے تو اسے بہت کچھ سمجھ آئے میں نےقصداً مذہب کا نام اس لیے نہیں لیا کہ ہمارے کچھ دوستوں کو مذہب کے نام سے چِڑ ہے حالانکہ میرے نذدیک اصل حل ہی اسلام نے بتایا ہے ۔

آج کل ایک نیا رواج آیا ہے ۔ ماں باپ بیٹے کی شادی اس لیے دیر سے کرنے ہیں کہ ابھی لڑکا سیٹل نہیں اسے اپنا فیوچر بنانا ہے ۔ جب کہ فیوچر بناتے بناتے لڑکا 45 سال کا ہو جاتا ہے اور اس دوران اپنی جنسی ضرورت پوری کرنے کے لیے مختلف ’’داؤ‘‘ لگاتا ہے۔ میں ذاتی تجربے کی بنیاد پر کہتا ہوں کہ چوبیس پچیس کی عمر میں لڑکے کی شادی ہو جانی چاہیے۔ اسکے کچھ فائدے ہیں۔

جوانی میں حوصلہ اور برداشت زیادہ ہوتی ہے وہ مشکل حالات کا سامنے کر سکتا ہے۔ اگر وہ ملازمت کرتا ہے تو ریٹائرمنٹ تک اسے کی اولاد جوان ہو کر اپنے پیروں پر کھڑی ہو جاتی ہے اور وہ اپنی ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد کی زندگی انجوائے کر سکتا ہے ۔ خود میری شادی پچیس سال کی عمر میں ہوئی ابھی میری ریٹائرمنٹ میں تین سال باقی ہیں اور میرے تینوں بچے تعلیم سے فارغ ہو کر روزگار پر لگ چکے ہیں جبکہ اپنے دوستوں میں ایک ایسے صاحب کو جانتا ہوں جو پینسٹھ سال کے ہیں، دل کے مریض ہیں اور ان کا بیٹا فور کلاس میں پڑھتا ہے جب کہ ہمارے دوست اپنی پینشن کی قلیل رقم میں گھر مشکل سے ہی چلا پا رہے ہیں۔ کہنے کا مقصد یہ ہے بروقت شادی سے بھی نوجوان ’’داؤ‘‘ مارنے سے بازآتے ہیں ۔ ​

Not that I condone what is construed of Khan’s statement, but his perspective has also not been comprehended in pertinence by the public at large. Although it’s true that none of the rape victims is clad provocatively or flamboyantly for most part, and many who are victimized are minors, but bear in mind that sexual deviants take inspiration from fantasies portrayed in porn, sexually explicit and lewd content displayed on TV and online media, or even in real life for that matter, and take their sexual frustrations out on the vulnerable segments of our society, in particular minors.
Dressing modestly ( NOT primitively), for both men and women is therefore what has been exhorted. Irrespective, one is accountable for ones deeds, and should be punished if proven guilty

It is more like retaliating to the notion of blowing his statement out of proportion and misconstruing his averments on this topic.

First of all, people started saying that the rape victims were not clad immodestly. True.

But what PM said was that the guilty of rape can be provoked by immodest material they see on the internet, and around them. These immodest stimuli provoke the mentally weak and thus they cross the threshold of self control and partake in such immodest activities.

For removing any doubts, which a person may have due to his own perception bias, we can refer to the scientific findings, backing up this proposition.

Off course, the research referred is not conducted and authored by a mullah.

Most of the people, without realizing that what the scientific literature is referring to, resist the idea because they have heard the mullahs saying it and just because of their perception of mullah, they just reject the idea. Which is, in my point of view, an irrational choice to make.

I would have been really moved if someone commenting on this thread would have had come up with a research finding for a reasonable syllogistic debate, rather than just expressing their own constructs of the matter. But unfortunately, this is how our society at large operates.

How gullible and naive of you to make such discordant statement. You think that a person ought to lose an election simply because he expressed his opinion on a social conundrum. Yet, every corrupt, criminal and absconder in the guise political leader gets to have every opportunity to wreak havoc on this and future generations. grow up!

It is more like retaliating to the notion of blowing his statement out of proportion and misconstruing his averments on this topic.

First of all, people started saying that the rape victims were not clad immodestly. True.

But what PM said was that the guilty of rape can be provoked by immodest material they see on the internet, and around them. These immodest stimuli provoke the mentally weak and thus they cross the threshold of self control and partake in such immodest activities.

For removing any doubts, which a person may have due to his own perception bias, we can refer to the scientific findings, backing up this proposition.

Off course, the research referred is not conducted and authored by a mullah.

please read again and fathom the pivotal point ,, not that IK will be at a loss due to this statement ( as you presupposed) but if he is not careful in running the govt ( as you surmised in you statement )

What does running a country carefully look like as opposed to running it carelessly? In the preceding 70 years, who exactly was running the country carefully to fit your bill of description? How about probing this scenario.....That it is the nation which has gotten so reckless and corrupt that they choose and like those with semblance of such dirty traits. IK is like the first dose of that nauseating, metallic tasting medicine, which one hates to take for its taste, but has to ....cause it is curative in the longer run.
