This is an answer to those who used to say "Jab Economy better hogai hai aur 4% GDP growth ho rahi hai lakin awaam ko kia faida mila".

When a country has better economic situation then the government has the fiscal space to transfer some of the benefit to the general public. This budget is proof of that.
