I never saw those 10%. In my opinion 100% population is like that. Few people who think like you and me are outliers. Yeh qom tamashbeen hai. Yeh sirf marna or maarna hi chahte hein. Jannat ki khawahish mein. inhon nein apni or doosroon ki zindgi jahanum bana rakhi hai. Paida hote hi yeh merny ki tayyari kerte hein. Yeh kabhi bhi theek nahi hongy.

How many of the literary works, public gatherings or broadcasts have you come across during your lifetime in the west regarding the Holocaust?

We can agree on the way muslims retaliated in this situation, but how can we justify the vicious instigation from the west? Dual standards? or a misunderstanding that freedom comes with a price of responsibility and it is not unlimited?

Overall, PM made good address today but I am afraid that he is 6-month late in delivering this speech. This speech was needed in November last year when TLP paralyzed Islamabad on this issue. Government should have never signed agreement with TLP at that time. Instead, government must have explained them in clear words why government couldn’t sever ties with France. Government should also have explained to them what alternative measures government would take to address the issue of Namoos-e-Risalat. If dharna leadership was still adamant ( which they would have been in most likelihood because their politics dies if they show any flexibility on this issue), then government would have taken strict action against them. atensari Sohail Shuja

I agree that this issue was left smothering for quite a while and a timely focus would have had saved much from charring.

Secondly, the media cell of PTI was also busy in rebutting the PMLN claims and the PDM drama. They underscored a much bigger monster in their closet.

Third; such an outright extreme motion of the Government, while knowing the consequences, with context to the upheavals by this religious faction in the recent past, were inordinate. The Govt perfectly knew that such an extreme action will yield a rigorous stir.

In my own point of view, they should have had first house arrested the TLP leadership and immediately have had engaged them in a dialogue. Second step should have been to call up an APC on this issue. Never should have given TLP time to take such extreme measures. I agree, a lot could have been saved by an immediate and a poised response.

However, better late than never. Things could go much worse if this speech did not come up on record, now.

وزیراعظم عمران خان العمروف جَھنڈو خان نے وزیراعظم منتخب ہونے سے لے کر اب تک اپنے تمام تر ایکشنز سے یہ ثابت کیا ہے کہ حکمرانی کیلئے جس سمجھ بوجھ اور وزڈم کی ضرورت ہے وہ جَھنڈو خان میں عنقا ہے۔ حکمران کیلئے یہ بہت ضروری ہے کہ وہ عوام کے رجحان کو سمجھتا ہو، بہ الفاظ دیگر اس کا ہاتھ عوام کی نبض پر ہونا چاہئے۔ کثرتِ جہالت اور ایک مخصوص مذہبی نظریے کی وجہ سے پاکستانی قوم کی اکثریت مذہبی معاملات میں جنونیت کی حامل ہے، جَھنڈو خان کو یہ ادراک ہونا چاہئے تھا کہ ایسی عوام کو بطور حکمران کس طرح ڈیل کرنا ہے۔ایسی عوام جو توہینِ رسالت اور ختمِ نبوت وغیرہ کے نام پر بلاوجہ مرنے مارنے پر اتر آتی ہو، اس کو ہر وقت یہ باور کرانے کی کیا ضرورت ہے کہ دنیا بھر میں ہر جگہ ان کے پیغمبر کی توہین ہورہی ہے۔ یہ تو بھڑوں کے چھتے میں ہاتھ دینے کے مترادف ہے۔ جَھنڈو خان مگر اس بات کو سمجھ نہ پایا اور پچھلے کئی مہینوں سے مسلسل بلاسفیمی ، بلاسفیمی کی تکرار کرتاآرہا ہے۔ ایک مولوی کی آواز اتنی دور نہیں جاتی، جتنی ملک کے وزیراعظم کی جاتی ہے۔ مولوی کو ٹی وی پر اتنی کوریج نہیں ملتی، وزیراعظم تقریر کرے تو تمام چینلز نشر کرتے ہیں۔

جَھنڈو خان آج خطاب کرکے بتارہا ہے کہ اگر فرانس کے ساتھ تعلقات توڑے تو پاکستان کو کس قدر نقصان ہوسکتا ہے، میں اس جَھنڈو خان سے پوچھتا ہوں کہ یہ بات تمہیں تب معلوم نہیں تھی جب تم نے بلاوجہ ہر تقریر میں فرانس کے خلاف بیان بازی شروع کی ہوئی تھی، ہر صبح اٹھتے ہی تم فرانس کے خلاف ٹویٹ داغ دیتے تھے۔۔ جَھنڈو خان کے رجحان کو دیکھتے ہوئے اس کو خوش کرنے کیلئے اس کے وزراء نے بھی فرانس کے خلاف بیان بازی شروع کردی، شیریں مزاری فرانس کے خلاف غلط ٹویٹیں کرتی پکڑی گئی اور فرانس کے آفیشل ٹویٹر ہینڈل سے شیریں مزاری کی خوب کلاس لی گئی، جس کے بعد اس نے اپنی ٹویٹ ڈیلیٹ کردی ۔ حکومتی سرپرستی میں ملک بھر میں فرانس کے خلاف ایک فضا تیار کی گئی اور ایک گھمبیر فضا تیار کرنے کے بعد جب ملک بھر میں آگ کے شعلے لپک پڑے ہیں، جنونی مارنے مارنے پر تل آئے ہیں، تو اب جا کر جَھنڈو خان کو ادراک ہوا ہے کہ پاکستان تو فرانس کے خلاف جا ہی نہیں سکتا، اب جَھنڈو خان سے کچھ کنٹرول نہیں ہورہا، کبھی جیل سے مولوی خادم رضوی کے لونڈے سے خط لکھوا لکھوا کر جاری کئے جارہے ہیں اور کبھی کالعدم تنظیم کے دہشتگردوں سے مذاکرات کی کوششیں کی جارہی ہیں۔

جَھنڈو خان نے اپنے خطاب میں مزید فرمایا کہ میں ایک ایسا مشن لانچ کرنے لگا ہوں جس کے بعد مغربی دنیا بلاسفیمی کرتے ہوئے ڈرے گی، میرے خیال میں ایک ہی طریقہ ہوسکتا ہے مغربی دنیا کو ڈرانے کا کہ جَھنڈو خان اپنے سینے کے ساتھ بم باندھ لے اور جاکر فرانس کے صدر پر پھٹ جائے، تب ہی مغربی دنیا خوفزدہ ہوسکتی ہے کہ بھئی مسلمانوں کے تو وزیراعظم بھی خود کش حملے کرسکتے ہیں، عام جنتا تو کرتی ہی ہے۔

جَھنڈو خان کو نہ جانے کس احمق نے مشورہ دیا کہ تم جا کر خطاب کرو اور جنونیوں کو ایکسپلین کرو کہ کیوں پاکستان فرانس کے ساتھ تعلقات نہیں توڑ سکتا، جَھنڈو خان کو علم ہونا چاہئے کہ پاکستان میں محض آٹھ سے دس فیصد طبقہ ہے جو عقل کی بات سنتا ہے اور سمجھتا ہے، باقی سب جنونی ہیں، ان کیلئے بات کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں، صرف لات کی اہمیت ہے، تم کو اپنا منہ کھولنے کی زیادہ ضرورت ہی نہیں ہے، چپ کرکے قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کے ذریعے ریاستی عملداری نافذ کرو۔ نوازشریف نے ایک بیان نہیں دیا، ایک وضاحت نہیں دی اور خاموشی سے ممتاز قادری کو پھانسی پر ٹانگ دیا۔مذہبی معاملے میں قوم پہلے ہی جنونی ہے اوپر سے تم ہر وقت اپنا بڑا سا منہ کھول کر کچھ نہ کچھ اگلتے رہتے ہو، یقین مانو یہ باتیں جو آج تم بطور وضاحت کررہے ہو یہ کل تمہارے ہی گلے پڑیں گی، قوم کا جنونی طبقہ فرانس کا حامی کہہ کر تمہاری جان کو آجائے گا، اس جنونیت زدہ قوم کو اگر یہ فکر ہوتی کہ ملک کا نقصان ہوجائے گا تو آج ملک کا یہ حال نہ ہوتا، ان کو اس سے کچھ فرق نہیں پڑتا،۔۔

آخر میں ایک اور بات میں و خان سے کہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ یہ جو تم نے لنگر خانے، پناہ گاہیں اور احساس پروگرام کے ذریعے قوم کو مزید فارغ کرنے کی پالیسی بنا رکھی ہے، اس کو ختم کرو۔ اس قوم کو زیادہ سے زیادہ مصروف کرنے کی ضرورت ہے، یہ لنگر خانے ختم کرو، اسلامی مدارس بھی ختم کرو، لوگوں کو کام کاج پر لگاؤ، تاکہ وہ خود کمائیں۔ سلسلہ روزگار میں مصروف شخص کے پاس تو اتنا وقت ہی نہیں ہوتا کہ وہ ان مذہبی فضولیات کیلئے سڑکوں پر آسکے، تم قوم کو فارغ رکھوگے تو وہ فساد پر فساد برپا کریں گے۔۔۔
