"Darmukhtar" doesn't matter. Half of these scholars (last ones) have controversy attached to them.
Answer only one thing, if we to accept this moon sighting as per these books, then why not "Same Azaan" and namaz time?
The first thing to be understand is that due to rotation of earth there has to be different time for Eid Prayers and daily 5 prayers at different part of the planet. Hence no one is advocating to have Eid or each daily five prayers be performed at the
same time at different parts of the world. On the contrary, it is a matter of offering Eid prayers on the
same day, if possible.
What is being advocated is that (for example) the Fajr prayer of the first Shawwal should be performed within a maximum of 24 hours (approximately) between any two places on our planet. According to the current system, the dawn of the first Shawwal may be possible at a distance of 12 to 48 hours between any two places on our planet. Similarly, the Eid prayers (ie the morning Eid prayers on the first of Shawwal) should not exceed a maximum of 24 hours (approximately) between any two places in the world.
This is possible only if reliable evidence of moon sightings is received from any part of the world, then rest of the world's countries and regions do not feel the need to see the new moon. And prepare for Eid the next morning.
I hope I have made this point clearer for you.
