A very well written article which has been divided in different sections to discuss the argument. Those people who criticize Khan Sahib, do they have any alternative leader to take the lead? I am sure none. So there is no point in nagging on Khan as far we know he is the best at the moment and trust worthy.

جب کہ ایسا نہی ہے .... اس میں ذاتی پسند اور نا پسندیدگی کا بڑا ہاتھ ہے

اسی طرح ہم نے دیکھا تھا کہ بھٹو کے عروج کے زمانے میں بہت سے لوگ اس کے دیوانوں کی طرح پاگل تھے لیکن کچھ لوگ اس کے بہت خلاف بھی تھے

I think IK knew the low level politicians and journalists would/could fall in the pursuit of happiness there fore he made some changes in his life especially divorce, to protect his family and kids and to keep doing what he believed in. He deserves more accolades and so does his wife and kids.

You do have valid point...
However IK is not Bhutto, neither we are jiyalas.

Support base of IK is quite different than that of blind followers.

It is also not about personal likes or dislikes...

IK has a long proven track record of delivering the "goods".


It is time to appreciate the GOOD and discourage/oppose evil.

However IK is not Bhutto, neither we are jiyalas.

Support base of IK is quite different than that of blind followers.

Whether we accept it or not, the fact remains that support base of most political leaders, be they zardai, nawaz or imran, does consist mostly of blind supporters. Such supporters support every action of the leader they like even if they do not agree with it. Most of them do not have the moral courage to say that the leader they like is wrong on a particular issue and the leader they dislike is right on that particular issue. Somehow, they seem to be under the impression that politics is like military where every order of the commander is to be followed, not questioned. This is the type of behavior that turns good leaders into narrow minded dictators because they know that their supporters do not hold them accountable.

Well, you do have a point...

No wonder we end up electing Noora and Zardari despite their abysmal performance!!!

Glad to see stern criticism of IK whenever he tries to take a wrong turn including induction of lotas in the party.
