I don't think he had any problem with speaking , but being an educated person any one if left to speak in the presence of some untamed animals will have difficulty in focusing, this was a very important event for Pakistanis, but inside the building who were gathered to listen had no interest in the welfare of nation, they see their privileges coming to an end, they see their crimes and criminal sources are getting rounded up every day and they will not have any place to run if this person (IMRAN KHAN) get appreciations on any matter , so they were not listening to the budget, rather they were screaming in fear and called it opposition, they are opposition of Pakistan's stability, Pakistan's security, Pakistan's sovereignty , and they are the opposition to Pakistanis getting educated and becoming able to raise voices against these criminals.
New budget has many great news for the nation one of those is minimum wage PKR20000.00
