the next army chief should not be a punjabi paindu.
Let it come from other provinces

Unfortunately, most of them are either partner in crime with Mir Jaffer or are closely involved in corruption with Sharif and Zardari Mafia.

Extension to General Bajwa

Bajwa.jpg

Although General Bajwa was granted a three-year extension in August 2019, the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) suspended the extension in November 2019.
The apex court extended General Bajwa’s term for six months and asked the Parliament to pass legislation on the re-appointment of services chiefs.

In January 2020, the Parliament passed legislation, putting the matter of the extension in the tenure of services chiefs at the discretion of the PM. As a result, General Bajwa received a three-year extension.
It must be noted here that the legislation includes a specific clause that sets 64 as the age limit for the retirement of a service chief.

Under this clause, General Bajwa is eligible for another three-year extension because he is still 61 years old. If this happens, General Bajwa could remain COAS till November 2025.

that is not nice. seems like you know but dont want to share. why?

i have done my research, he is ex- head of ISI. so what??

Pak army is now no more a fighting force -its a political party funded by USA & the Arabs. & India(indirectly)

There is a whole story of the game of thrones like. From Bajwa’s last extension drama to Fazlu’s dharna. Give you a clue to ponder ;)
He was supposed to retire in September this year but he took the charge of his last post 2 months later so his retirement date changed and now he is in a race of becoming COAS.
Asim was DG MI too. He is well known for his competence and influence in the Army and his contacts through his past important posts.
People who think it's Imran vs Nawaz are simply ignorant of the fact that this is not about them but a tussle and struggle between senior generals to become COAS. Politicians are just their pawns.

Gen Asim Munir is a Hafiz e Quran.
Also, Zia was used by US more than any other General in the holy war against the soviets. So, please forget about the religiosity of people.
