You have to take everything he says in the context he is a lawyer and is looking for additional business of $200 million dollars from Pakistan.
Todays financial investigation is different than what it was 20 years ago. Countries can follow up on their own cases, and the world financial institutions must abide by it.
But Pakistan Lacks Qualified international Lawyers in this regard.

There is nothing wrong with him looking for a business where he gets 20% of recovered corrupt money. Pakistan would only have paid him if they recover some ill-gotten money. The problem is that the government is not interested in going after this corrupt money. They need the establishment on board to do that and the Pakistani establishment is the root of all corruption. They only use it for arm twisting but they never want to nail anybody. It is also the reason that Zardaris, Sharifs, Choudharies, Khurshid Shah, Tareen, Sharjeel Memon, Dr. Asim, Gilani, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Khawaja Saad, Akhtar brothers, and tens of others never get prosecuted in any free court. All mafias including the sugar mafia, oil mafia, medicine mafia, tobacco mafia, drug mafia, land mafia you name it, all are protected by them too. Be sure that generals are making billions too, at least as much as politicians do. Imran Khan has learnt the trade and wouldn't dare touch anyone. Note it today, and see yourself after the remaining two years when IK's 5 years finish, no one will be charged and punished by a court more than just visiting NAB detention centers for some rest and consultations. Mossavi tells it all and the document they talk about is a piece of evidence that Sharifs had one billion dollars in an account in Singapore but the government did not want to act. Are there PTI supporters who run a campaign asking for the government's answer to it?

man of integrity can be a fool. The guy who never asked for his cut means he has integrity but foolishly asking for a reduction in an amount that's been awarded to Mr. Moussavi.

List means nothing. That's list was given by musharraf to him. He should name the ones who have unaccounted foreign accounts like he told about Shareefs and Sherpao.
Shehzad Akbar tried to save "a few millions" from mossavi, thinking that massavi was taking money from people of pakistan for the mistakes of previous rulers. That's being posed as a crime! Why didn't he forego court award for to renew contract in hope of earning 200 mil, as he is claiming.
Why to pressurize government by calling him fool? This "fool" and government doesn't want to do business with who had litigated and fleeced poor people.

Exactly what I was thinking, I guess this Mossawai guy is trying to strike a deal with anyone who pays more. He is threatening about the money so that the guy with illegal 1 Billion Dollar might offer him more than the 20% he is already asking for. In both cases, Mossawi has a win-win situation-....
