I have recently seen a number of my fellow PTI supporters posting comments in favour of Hassan Nisar and praising him. Although, I do believe that there are some points which I agree he may be correct upon such as society being corrupt. However, I believe we need to fully understand what this person stands for.
Hassan Nisar opposes the creation of Pakistan. He does not subscribe to the ‘Two Nation theory’ and the Iqbal Ideology which Imran Khan values so much and which Imran feels has inspired him. Moreover I feel deeply insulted as a Pakistani when I am told that Pakistan should not have been created in the first place, which means that our identity as a ‘Pakistani’ would never exist. I ask my fellow PTI supporters can any Patriotic Pakistani subscribe to this notion? In my opinion, anyone who holds this view is a traitor. I have recently seen many protests in the UK of Sikhs who were extremely loyal to India, and they were protesting over the hanging of Balwant Singh in India, they were chanting the slogans of Khalistan and they regretted what a mistake they made by choosing to stay with India. One of the protesters said that the Indian army attacked the Golden Temple and the people who massacred the sikhs, were not brought to Justice. We should thank Quaid-E-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah R.A. for giving us a nation and a separate identity, and for not letting us be in the disadvantegous positions which the sikhs are in.
Secondly, Hassan Nisar openly backs MQM and says they (along with PTI) are the solution to the problems. It appears people have forgot who co backed Zardari to become President? It was MQM. Surely does this not make MQM responsible for the troubles Pakistan is in? Altaf Hussain is a British Citizen who has not been in the country for the past 20 years and he also states that the creation of Pakistan was a blunder. Hasan Nisar has paid visits to Altaf Hussain and it appears that he receives particular warm hospitality from MQM. Have we forgotten that Altaf did a Memogate scandal when he wrote to Tony Blair offering to spy on behalf of foreign powers? What about the thousands of people in Karachi who have been killed in target killings as a result of this mafia which has slept with every single government in power and are part of the status quo! Why does Hasan Nisar not see this if he is genuine about change?
Whilst Hassan Nisar had left PTI, there was one man who was backing PTI all the way through on a principled basis that he would never enter power politics, that person is Haroon Rasheed. This visionary intellectual was on his own fighting PTI’s case, he predicted in December 2010 that people would join PTI (at the time who would believe this?) in this video:
Hassan Nisar is a ‘ranter’ with no solutions to the problem. The real visionary intellectual and supporter of PTI is Haroon Rasheed. Hasan Nisar is a mere pujari of the ‘Rising Sun’. I would say to my fellow PTI-Ites please understand fully what Hassan Nisar stands for.
