Fake degree: PTI Ayla Malik ineligible to contest by-elections

RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi High Courts election tribunal bench declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Ayla Malik ineligible to contest by-elections due to a fake degree, Express News reported on Saturday.
Ayla was to be fielded as a PTI candidate for by-election from NA-71 after party chairman Imran Khan vacated the seat, keeping his Rawalpindi seat.
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi, had declared her intermediate certificate bogus on July 20 that carries the roll number of a male candidate named Imdad Hussain, who too had failed.
A probe was conducted after a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) petitioner and candidate Obaidullah Shadikhel brought Maliks credentials to the courts notice.
Similarly, PTI MNA Ghulam Sarwar Khans party membership was suspended after being found with a fake degree.

LOL, Fauzia qasoori is still not going to get it? probably a relative of Ayla will get the ticket so no race but I think the supreme court will over rule this decision hopefully, soap opera of Ayla is interesting to watch:P

Brother, With due respect, It is the decision of Court. PTI gave her go ahead for election even with her fake degree.

So, PTI is sacrificing its rules for near ones and loved ones..... You know what I mean.

Yes, IK knew about the fake degree and he let her go for the elections - saying degree is no more a requirement for the election candidates....
