I just hope he delivers this time. I won't want someone to fail only because he failed in the past and because of this creating negative things in our mind about him, but i would rather see him a changed man and hope that he will put Pakistan on progress this time. But the fact is he isn't dealing in making the institutions stronger but rather notorious for political appointments which ruins the institutions and increases corruption. I just hope that this time he focuses on such thing, although i seriously doubt it and recent such appointments have cemented those things in our minds once again that he has learned politics more but to his advantage and is still doing political appointments. That's what not helping in narrowing the gap between him and his past supporters.
