بھارت نے ایران کے چاہ بہار بندرگاہ کو ترقی دینے کے لیے سرمایہ کاری کر کے اسے گوادر کے مد مقابل لانے کی کوشش کی ، مگر نہ صرف ایران بلکہ دنیا کی جانب سے چاہ بہار ایک فیل منصوبہ ثابت ہوا ، تو بھارت کی ہوش اڑ گئے ! اور پھر وہ کسی نہ کسی طور پر سی پیک منصوبے کو ناکام بنانے کے حربوں پر اُتر آیا اور وہ کوئی موقع ہاتھ سے جانے نہیں دیتا جس سے سی پیک منصوبے کوکسی نہ کسی طرح متنازعہ بنا کر ناکامی سے دوچارکیا جاسکے ۔ یہی وجہ تھی کہ اس نے گلکت بلتستان کو متنازعہ علاقہ قرار دے کر چین کو اس منصوبے سے باز رکھنے کی کوشش کی تھی۔لیکن چین نے پاک دوستی کو دوام بخشنے کے لئے بھارت کی سازشوں پر کان نہیں دھرے۔آرمی چیف جنرل قمر جاوید باجوہ نےبھی بھارت کا مکروہ چہرہ واضح کرتے ہوئے کہا تھاکہ ہمارا پڑوسی ازلی دشمن ملک بھارت نے سی پیک کو ہدف بنانے کے لیے پچپن ارب روپے سے زائد مختص کر دیے ! اور را کو بھی زبردست فنڈنگ دی تاکہ ہمارے اندرونی ملک دشمن حضرات جس میں یے پیپل پالٹی کا پالتو کتا حقانی سر فہرست ہے ان جیسوں کی سرپرستی بیرونی طاقتیں کر کے اس منصوبہ کو ناکام بنانے کی مذموم کوششیں کر رہی ہیں ۔پاکستان کی طرف سے گودار کی بندر گاہ چین کے حوالے کرنے کے بعد بلوچستان میں را اوربیرونی گٹھ جوڑ کی تخریبی کاروائیاں بھی کسی سے پوشیدہ نہیں بلوچستان میں تخریب کاری کی وارداتیں بھی کسی سے ڈھکی چھپی نہیں اس لیے آئندہ بھی کسی نہ کسی بڑی تخریبی کاروائی کا امکانات موجود ہیں۔ عاصم سلیم باجوہ چونکہ بلوچستان میں جنوبی کمانڈ کے کمانڈر رہ چکے تھے اس لیے وہ ہر معالمے کو باآسانی سمجھ بھی لیتے تھے اور حل بھی نکال لیتے تھے اس لیے پہلا ٹارگٹ بن گئے ! لیکن کامیابی پاکستان اور پاک فوج کی اور ناکامی دشمن کا مقدر ہے۔
