i mean isnt it that obvious... a judge has to hear the arguments from both lawyers/sides and look into the documentary/circumstantial evidence and then decide.. the lawyers are there to sway to opinion of the judges.. how can the two other judges be counted when they havent heard JACK SHIT about the whole case, even for a second!!
