درخواست میں مؤقف اختیار کیا گیا کہ عمران خان کی گرفتاری غیر قانونی ہے، ہائیکورٹ کا عمران خان کی گرفتاری قانونی قرار دینے کا حکم کالعدم قرار دیا جائے اور عمران خان کو عدالت کے سامنے پیش کرنےکا حکم دیا جائے۔

چیف جسٹس پاکستان جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال کی سربراہی میں جسٹس محمد علی مظہر اور جسٹس اطہر من اللہ پر مشتمل تین رکنی بینچ سماعت کررہا ہے۔

سماعت کے آغاز پر عمران خان کے وکیل حامد خان نے دلائل دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ عمران خان ضمانت قبل از گرفتاری کے لیے اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ آئے تھے، وہ بائیو میٹرک کرارہے تھے جب رینجرز کمرے کا دروزاہ توڑ کر داخل ہوئی تو انہوں نے عمران خان کے ساتھ بدسلوکی کی اور ان کو گرفتار کر لیا۔
