Iranian used drones and missiles to attack Pakistani based militant group Al Adl, which was previously involved attacking Iranian border petrol from Pakistani bases.
This group also was involved attacking Pakistani security forces in the past as well.

I think it was a collaboration with Iranian to target the group with Iranian intelligence. Pakistani security forces are too busy keeping the prisoners happy and feed in prisons in Pakistan.
