I don't think it is matter whether it is Shia or Sunni. It all depends on their vested interest. And that goes across the board for any group. The PMLN does that too, PTI doing it and PPP has done that in the past as well. But if you really care about your country and Muslim umma as a whole, you need to get out of your patty holes of segmenting Muslims and dividing them into groups, which the anti-Muslim forces are now trying to do. It is our division, which stops us from progressing. Unity is Important for progress and the Divion is destructive for group of people.
