Actually it is otherwise. GHQ wants some guarantees from Khan that he will not smack their asses once he is given his true mandate.

PTI was robbed of at least 50 seats so as things stand PTI can’t form the government.PTI is not legally obliged to form a coalition government.The best option for PTI is to sit on opposition benches and give tough time to PDM2 government.PDM2 will not last more than 2 year.PTI will get 2/3 majority unless the generals rig the next election too.
