USA has a hold on pak politics from day one... they decide who comes and goes. it has been going on. Nobody speaks against it, Khan was first one.
however, USA also has Organizations for human rights , who are influential, so if your country is violating Human rights you will also approach USA.
USA can be a friend but not to decide country's internal affairs, that was Khan's message.
