ایران کے دارالحکومت تہران کی ایک یونیورسٹی میں ایک طالبہ احتجاجا کپڑے اتار کر گھومنے لگی جس کی ویڈیو سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہوگئی ہے، ویڈیو وائرل ہونے کے بعد طالبہ کو گرفتار کرلیا گیا ہے۔

ایران کے دارالحکومت تہران میں واقع یونیورسٹی میں ایک لڑکی نے کپڑے اتار کر مذہبی لباس کے سخت قوانین کے خلاف وزری کی جس کی ویڈیو سوشل میڈیا پر زیر گردش ہے۔

رپورٹ کے مطابق واقعہ ایران کے دارالحکومت تہران کی یونیورسٹی آف سائنس اینڈ ریسرچ کے کیمپس میں گذشتہ روز پیش آیا سنیچر کو ایک لڑکی صرف زیر جامہ میں نظر آئی جس کے بعد اسے گرفتار کر لیا گیا ہے۔

سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہونے والی ویڈیوز میں لڑکی کو یونیورسٹی میں نیم برہنہ حالت میں یہاں سے گھومتے اور کبھی سیڑھیوں پر بیٹھے دیکھا گیا۔

بعد ازاں، یونیورسٹی میں نیم برہنہ حالت میں گھومنے والی لڑکی کو گرفتار کرنے کی ویڈیو بھی منظر عام پر آئی، ایک ویڈیو میں اسلامک آزاد یونیورسٹی کی ایک برانچ کے سیکیورٹی گارڈ کو برہنہ لڑکی کو گرفتار کرتے ہوئے دیکھا جاسکتا ہے۔

یونیورسٹی کے ترجمان عامر محبوب نے سوشل میڈیا سائٹ ’ایکس‘ پر اپنی پوسٹ میں لکھا پولیس اسٹیشن اور میڈیکل ٹیم کی جانب سے یہ بتایا گیا ہے کہ لڑکی کی دماغی حالت درست نہیں اور وہ شدید ذہنی دباؤ کا شکار تھی۔

تاہم کچھ سوشل میڈیا صارفین کا کہنا ہے کہ لڑکی نے جان بوجھ کر ایسا قدم اٹھایا اور اس طرح احتجاج کا طریقہ اپنایا۔

لڑکی کی اس حرکت کا تو علم نہ ہوسکا لیکن روزنامہ ہمشہری نے اپنی ویب سائٹ پر کہا ایک باخبر ذرائع نے بتایا ہے کہ تہران کی یونیورسٹی میں یہ اقدام اٹھانے والی لڑکی شدید ذہنی مسائل کا شکار ہیں اور تحقیقات کے بعد ممکنہ طور پر لڑکی کو نفسیاتی ہسپتال منتقل کیا جائے گا۔

It's understood the woman was protesting after Iran's security forces allegedly assaulted her for not following strict hijab rules.

Her clothes and headscarf were torn during the alleged assault at the Azad University of Science and Research in Tehran on Saturday, Iran International reports.

Wearing a hijab is a legal requirement in Iran where not doing so, or refusing, can lead to imprisonment and torture.

It's understood the woman - who has not been identified - stripped down to her underwear in protest after the alleged assault.

Let there be no compulsion in religion

The term appears in the Quran 98 times with different connotations, including in the phrase yawm al-din (Arabic: يوم الدين), generally translated to "Day of Judgment" or the famous verse "La ikraha fid din" which translates to "Let there be no compulsion in religion" (Abdullah Yusuf Ali translation).

لَآ إِكْرَاهَ فِى ٱلدِّينِ ۖ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ ٱلرُّشْدُ مِنَ ٱلْغَىِّ ۚ فَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِٱلطَّـٰغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدِ ٱسْتَمْسَكَ بِٱلْعُرْوَةِ ٱلْوُثْقَىٰ لَا ٱنفِصَامَ لَهَا ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ ٢٥٦
Let there be no compulsion in religion, for the truth stands out clearly from falsehood.1 So whoever renounces false gods and believes in Allah has certainly grasped the firmest, unfailing hand-hold. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

It says in the Quran, ‘la ikraha fiddeen’, ‘there is no compulsion in religion’. I believe this to be the most valuable ayat or verse of the Quran and if one were to adhere to this verse with all diligence it can possibly ensure world peace. Islamic scholars usually explain this ayat thus – ‘Islam has nothing to do with coercion, force, persecution or another such destructive behaviour. All such things are against the principles of Islam. Religion is premised upon beliefs and wishes. Forcing someone into reacting or coming to an agreement is not supported by Islam. In fact, Islam prohibits strife and discord, feuds and conflicts, rioting and vandalism. Creating terror, committing the murder of an innocent, such things are unforgettable crimes in Islam.’ Now the question is how many people actually adhere to this explanation?

There is no such thing in the Quran as Namaz or even your garbage ahadith can not give the exact method of Namaz.
