Today, the lawyers of both Memon and Qaim Ali Shah said that after changes in the law the cases against them can not be tried by the NAB.
Do you seriously think that Qaim or Shergil would have transferred the huge land without the consent or orders of Zardari?

Similarly, Malik Riaz transferred £192 millions to invest in the UK, not to benefit IK as most of the idiots shout. One of the investment he bought was 1 Hyde Park, owned by Hussain Nawaz. How Hussain Nawaz got £50 million? You gave him? So you see the evidence is all over the place. The NCA didn't let Malik Riaz go Scott free because they didn't wanted to convict him, because it was difficult for them to gather the evidence and prove it. All the evidence against Malik Riaz is in Pakistan.

The decision is made purely according to the Arbitration Act 1996 and according to the English Laws for award of the costs demanded by Broadsheet LLC.

There is mention of how the claim arises i.e. hiring of broadsheet and what assignment it was given, and according to that contract they are entitle to the compensation for the expenses they have incurred including the legal expenses incurred to brought up the case against the Respondents, i.e. NAB.
Pakistani government and SCP judges are extremely stupid morons, they can't do anything right.
Same thing happened in Reko dik case, Chief Justice Chaudhry passed a judgement and Pakistan got hammered with a huge fine in the international court.

If I say I read it, I have. Let me tell you one little fact. In my studies, I have studied different kind of Laws, I am not a lawyer but I am very well verse of legal documents and different sections of the UK Laws.

What is your question?
The Judge never absolved Sharifs from anything, it wasn't his job. His job was to resolve the dispute between two parties regarding the legal expenses incurred. That's what he precisely did by awarding damages to Broadsheet. Like I said, Musharraf's agreement with Broadsheet was stupid.

Remember, I am not the one who is claiming he has written such and such in such and such sections. It is you, so onus is on you to produce the evidence that he is actually written what you are claiming.
