Rumor is that this CTD, DG was involved in Arshad Sharif Killing Plan and had to be eliminated by ISI. He as CTD director was asked by ISI to report Arshad as a terrorist to the Kenyan NCTC. Just one part of the playbook that Kenyan NCTC killed Arshad because they considered him a terrorist.
