In 8 March 1992 the Great Urdu Poet/Social Worker Ghulam Abbas Saghar, born in Jhelum Punjab, Pakistan. Ghulam Abbas Saghar born in a famous Rajput (Minhas) family of Jhelum. Pakistani youngest Nishan-e-Haider Rashid Minhas shaheed also belongs to this family.

In 1997 Ghulam Abbas Saghar started his Educational life from a Government School .He joined M.A. Jinnah Collage Of Commerce for Higher Education, situated in Jhelum City & also got knowledge from Punjab University Lahore. The Urdu literature he received from his father at home only, he did not join any school or institute for leaning Urdu literature, and the Urdu literature and poetry were followed by his fore fathers. His father M Munir Saghar Is a famous Urdu/Punjabi poet of Jhelum, Also founder of first poets session in Jhelum named Bazm-e-Adab.

In 2012 Ghulam Abbas Saghar Joined Pakistan Awami Tehreek as a political platform. The Founder of Pakistan Awami Tehreek is Doctor Muhammad Tahir ul qadri. Tahir Ul Qadri is a Islamic Scholar and Writer of More than 1000 Books about Islam , Economics and Political System.

After DR Tahir Ul Qadri Resignation from Politics Ghulam Abbas start Supporting Imran Khan. imran Khan world Famous Muslim Leader & former Prime Minister of Pakistan.

He started his professional life from UAE as a HR Consultant. After working in many nameable companies in UAE as different roles.

In 2018 Election Pakistan, Ghulam Abbas Saghar decided to go back to Pakistan & serve for the Pakistani nation, he left his job & came to Pakistan, He started working as a social worker & politician, he was not leading a political party but played a good role in Pakistani political System. His vision is a big Change in Pakistani Political system.
A part from that he also worked in several Projects:

• Gulf Projects.
• Dubai Expo Project.
• Anti Terrorism Campaign

In 2020 Ghulam Abbas Saghar moved to Europe. In June 2021 Ghulam Abbas Saghar appointed as a President for Pakistan Overseas Association forum Manchester UK. Now a days Ghulam Abbas Saghar is working for the Welfare of Pakistani Overseas in Uk & Europe with the support of Overseas Ministry Govt Of Pakistan, Also running a Human Right protection platform Named The Speech Justice
