Exactly right.
He has only changed color due to PTI's Govt in KPK. He does not want to be victimized by the KPK Govt as the Fed and Punjab Govts have victimized IK. That is why he is speaking on the notes of PTI these days. Otherwise, his track record is quite enough to gauge his character. He never practices what he preach.
If he had another political base than KPK, you would see him playing a totally different role.
