Strawman alert, this is a different topic for a different thread. Right now we are talking about the hadith here.
I can tell it only as I see it and you have not demonstrated even in the slightest that you have even the most basic knowledge. In fact quite the opposite for example when you assumed Bukhari and his students were sahabi's. Thats a major red flag. You have not produced a single argument here with any real reference from the Quran or even hadith or any other book or thing to be honest. That translation of the word ummi is incorrect here. It means gentile or someone who wasn't given a book before or knew about previous scripture. Basically somewhat like a non Ahl-e-kitab before he the Quran was revealed to him. Ummi does not mean illiterate, we are to believe an illiterate man made great trade expeditions to Syria and handled a business and then was revealed scripture from Allah which he had to rely on others to wrie it down on and not knowing what was being written was even correct.

Honestly I am shocked. No mushrik I've dealt with before has ever been this Ignorant. Even the biggest Mushrik is usually somewhat familiar with Quran if not hadith.
