To be honest, I had the same thought for a moment, but I still believe he expressed the sentiments of the general public. If you listen to his speech towards the end, you'll notice that they muted his remarks, which likely contained strong criticisms of the agencies.

Thats what I am saying, GHQ allows some littar pola to cool the public temp down The deceiver munnera knows exactly what the public thinks and they use their dog to release some pressure. But when that dog is like marwat he forgets how much he is allowed to bark which is a regular problem with him, just like he was spoke person for PTI, then it has to be censored.

Msg is nothing new, we've all been seeing, feeling and thinking the same thing for quite a while now. Only he can say it because he has arshivad from GHQ. Anyone else will end up missing. You think Murad Saeed could not say thing and he has been saying this on X for quite a while now. Only thing different is GHQ has put out shoot on sight orders for him.
