قومی کرکٹ ٹیم کے سابق وکٹ کیپر بیٹر، کامران اکمل نے قومی ٹیم کی ناقص کارکردگی اور مسلسل ہار کے بعد چیئرمین پی سی بی محسن نقوی سے استعفیٰ دینے کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔


رپورٹ کے مطابق، کامران اکمل نے اپنے یوٹیوب چینل پر نیوزی لینڈ کے خلاف قومی ٹیم کی خراب پرفارمنس پر چیئرمین پی سی بی سے استعفیٰ کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔


انہوں نے اپنی یوٹیوب ویڈیو میں چیئرمین کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اگر آپ شرمناک شکستوں اور ٹیم کی کارکردگی پر قابو نہیں پا سکتے تو استعفیٰ دے کر گھر جائیں اور کرکٹ بورڈ کی ساکھ کو نقصان نہ پہنچائیں۔


سابق کرکٹر کا کہنا تھا کہ اگر ہمارے بالرز سوئنگ کنڈیشنز میں بھی وکٹ نہیں لے سکتے تو پھر کہاں بالنگ کریں گے؟ بابر کے آؤٹ ہوتے ہی قومی ٹیم کی بیٹنگ لائن ایکسپوز ہو جاتی ہے۔


انہوں نے کپتان پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ہمیں نسیم شاہ سے رنز نہیں، بلکہ وکٹوں کی ضرورت ہے۔


واضح رہے کہ نیوزی لینڈ کے خلاف تین میچوں پر مشتمل ون ڈے سیریز میں 0-2 کی ناقابل شکست برتری حاصل ہے، جبکہ ٹی ٹوئنٹی سیریز میں کیویز نے گرین شرٹس کو 1-4 سے شکست دی تھی۔​

Watching Pakistan play is painful.
He is trying to absolve Babar Azam because they are cousins.
But Babar is the biggest culprit in the team—the biggest but not the only one.
Yesterday, how he squared up and edged in to the slips was unbecoming of a batsman.
Even 78 he scored were very slow. Compare that to the Innings of Abbas in the first match and even in this match, as well as Hay in this match; they scored rapidly and took the score beyond the reach of abysmal Pakistan.
Even in this advanced age and unfit body, I can still bowl better than most Pakistani bowlers.
On bouncy wickets, they can't bounce out Batsmen. They got cut and pulled all over the ground. New Zealand youn guns, come and start bulldozing Pakistan batsmen. Pakistan batsmen seem to have no techniques and no termperament either. This is just not related to the performances in the matches.
IT is fundamentally a question of techniques learnt from the start. Pathetic job done by the coaches in Pakistan.

This had to happen when political parties have their favourites as Chairman PCB. Those who have toed their line and supported them.
PPP have Zaka Ahsraf, PMLN have Sethi. This time Sethi was appointed, then PPP demanded to have their Chairman, Zaka Ashraf brought in, but overruled by Asim Munir and Mohsin Naqvi the cousin became Chairman.

When cricket is run like this, the results can't be different.

I was an all-rounder when I was young. I played in the league, from the clubs I used to play for or play against. Many cricketers came who played for England, including the two top batsmen England ever had. One captained England for considerable time.
So by no means the standard I played was very good, top notch after 1st class.
