Just watched this speech on POGO channel and—wow—what a masterclass in rhetoric over reality. I think it's important to unpack this thing like grownups who’ve seen this script before.
“Overseas Pakistanis are warriors and ambassadors”
- No voting rights
- No political representation
- Consular neglect
- Zero accountability from the state in times of crisis
- Gets threatened by passport / CNIC blocking if criticises state
“Pakistan is one of only two states founded on Kalma, after Riyasat-e-Madinah”
Let’s not whitewash secular Muslim leadership like Jinnah under the lens of post-1977 Islamization.
“We were always a separate nation — Two Nation Theory!”
- Silence / eliminate dissent
- Justify minority suppression
- Declare anyone opposing the army’s narrative as “anti-Pakistan”
“Terr0r-ists and separatists will NEVER break Pakistan!”
- Thousands have been forcibly disappeared
- Local people have no say in their own resources
- “Development” means cantonments, not schools
“Enemies of the Army are enemies of the state”
When institutions become above reproach, they’re no longer institutions — they’re cults. Pakistan is dangerously close.

They quote the Quran about verifying news — but won’t apply that when planting false cases on activists and politicians.

Spare us the slogans unless they come with actual policy.
