I think he is fake.
I heard this guy reciting same surah in same voice.. which i saw a middle aged Qari reciting before.

Disappointed by Dr. You can easily figure out it's dubbed. How come there's no background noise in open environment. The voice is recorded in a studio

Brother I have also heard Sheikh Fakeh many times. Could be a possibility the boy imitates Sheik and has mastered his technique. Though I'm not contesting your statement, yet as clinicians we say.... there's a very thin line between life and death. May be the boy is right at the edge of that thin line?
