سابق بیوروکریٹ، وکیل اور کالم نویس اوریا مقبول جان نے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کے خلاف آئین کے آرٹیکل 209 کے تحت سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل میں باقاعدہ ریفرنس دائر کر دیا ہے۔

سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل میں دائر کیے گئے ریفرنس میں اوریا مقبول جان کی طرف سے مطالبہ کیا گیا ہے کہ چیف جسٹس کے طرز عمل کی تحقیقات جائیں سینئر سپریم کورٹ ججز کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے ان کے خلاف متعدد الزامات عائد کیے گئے ہیں۔

اوریا مقبول جان کی طرف سے دائر ریفرنس میں بنیادی الزام 3 مئی 2024ء کو چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی ہدایات پر پاکستان میں برطانیہ کے ہائی کمشنر کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے لکھے گئے ایک خط کے گرد گھومتا ہے۔ چیف جسٹس نے مبینہ طور پر یہ خط 27 اپریل 2024ء کو لاہور میں منعقدہ عاصمہ جہانگیر کانفرنس میں برطانوی ہائی کمشنر کے ریمارکس کے جواب میں لکھوایا تھا۔

اوریا مقبول جان کی طرف سے سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل میں دائر ریفرنس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کے اقدامات ججز کے ضابطہ اخلاق کی خلاف ورزی ہیں، ان کی سپریم کورٹ رجسٹرار کو خط لکھنے کی ہدایت عدالتی حقانیت کی خلاف ورزی ہے جس میں عوامی تنازع میں ملوث ہونا اور سیاسی سوال کو حل کرنا شامل ہے۔

شکایت میں ججز کے ضابطہ اخلاق کے آرٹیکل 2 کا حوالہ دیا گیا ہے جس میں ججز کو رائے میں محتاط اور بردبار ہونے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے اور آرٹیکل 5 ججز کو تشہیر حاصل کرنے اور عوامی تنازعات میں ملوث ہونے سے روکتا ہے۔ اوریا مقبول جان کا کہنا تھا کہ جسٹس عیسیٰ کے یہ اقدامات وزارت خارجہ کے دائر کار میں مداخلت کے مترادف اور عدالتی دائر کار سے باہر ہیں۔

چیف جسٹس نے وزارت خارجہ کے ترجمان کے طور پر کام کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہوئے مبینہ طور پر اپنے آئینی کردار سے تجاوز کیا ہے اور پاکستان کے برطانیہ کے ساتھ سفارتی تعلقات کو خطے میں ڈالا ہے۔ سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل معاملے کی تحقیقات کر کے صدر پاکستان کو رپورٹ کرے اور شکایت میں جسٹس عیسیٰ کو ججز کے ضابطہ اخلاق کی خلاف ورزی کا مرتکب قرار پانے پر ہٹانے کی سفارش کی گئی ہے۔

He didn't fake the dream, It was correct and did come true exactly as he reported in his column, many people misunderstood the warning and took it as a Basharat. Bajwa becoming the army chief was a warning of his ill intent when Bajwa took the gift in his left hand..........Many didnt focus on that part we only focused on Bajwas name and being given the gift but not how he took it.

If you would know even a little about American Political System than you would have known that these type of Congress resolutions that are not relevant to ordinary American public are all result of huge lobby effort$ and there is no bigger lobbyist in US political system then AIPA, American Israel Public Affairs Committee. AIPAC and associated similar groups lobby and fund US Congressmen and Senators without their huge machinery it is very difficult to get elected unless you are like Bernie Sanders or contest from a very niche constituency like Ilhan Omar etc.
