بولیویا میں فوجی بغاوت ناکام، باغی آرمی چیف کی گرفتاری،عوام کاجشن

جنوبی امریکی ملک بولیویا میں حکومت نے فوج کو ناکام بنادیا, حکومت کا تختہ الٹنے کی کوشش کو ناکام بنا دیا گیا,سیکڑوں فوجی اہلکار اپنے اعلیٰ فوجی جنرل کی سربراہی میں بکتر بند گاڑیوں کے ساتھ سرکاری محل اور دیگر اہم مقامات میں گھس گئے، بولیویا کے صدر کی بروقت کارروائی اور عوامی ردعمل کے باعث فوج کو واپس نکلنا پڑا۔

بولیویا میں آرمی چیف جنرل جوآن ہوزے زونیگا کی قیادت میں بکتر بند گاڑیوں کے قافلے سرکاری محل کے اندر داخل ہوئے، جسے بولیویا کے صدر نے بغاوت کی کوشش قرار دیا، لیکن کچھ ہی گھنٹوں کے بعد فوج تیزی سے پیچھے ہٹ گئی۔

چند گھنٹوں کے اندر ایک کروڑ 20 لاکھ لوگوں کے ملک نے یہ منظر دیکھا جس میں فوجیں صدر لوئس آرس کی حکومت کا کنٹرول سنبھالتی نظر آئیں۔ لیکن صدر لوئس نے اس سارے معاملے میں ثابت قدم رہنے کا عزم کیا، اور حاضر دماغی دکھاتے ہوئے ایک نئے آرمی کمانڈر کو منتخب کیا جس نے فوری طور پر دستوں کو دستبردار ہونے کا حکم دیا۔

اس اقدام کے بعد جلد ہی فوجیوں نے فوجی گاڑیوں کی ایک لائن کے ساتھ پیچھے ہٹ کر صرف 3 گھنٹے کے بعد بغاوت کا خاتمہ کیا۔ اس کے بعد صدر لوئس آرس کے سیکڑوں حامی بولیویا کے جھنڈے لہراتے، قومی ترانہ گاتے اور خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے محل کے باہر چوک پر پہنچ گئے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ بولیویا کے عوام کو اس بغاوت کے خلاف اور جمہوریت کے حق میں خود کو متحرک اور منظم کرنے کی ضرورت ہے,بولیویا میں پیدا ہونے والے اس تازہ صورتحال سے متعلق وائٹ ہاؤس کے نیشنل سکیورٹی ایڈوائزر کا کہنا ہے کہ امریکا ساری صورتحال کا بغور جائزہ لے رہا ہے اور فریقین پر تحمل کا مظاہرہ کرنے پر زور دیتا ہے۔
