If anyone who follows a particular sect is denying the Quran.
Did Nabi Kareem or Ashaba follow any sect?
3:103 And hold fast to the rope of God, altogether, and do not become divided. And remember God's blessings upon you; how you were enemies, and He reconciled your hearts, and by His grace you became brethren. And you were on the brink of a pit of fire, and He saved you from it. God thus clarifies His revelations for you so that you may be guided
6:159 Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only
to Allah; then He will inform them about what they used to do.
30:31 Turning towards Him—and be conscious of Him, and perform the prayer, and do not be of the idolaters
30:32 Of those who divided their religion, and became sects; each faction pleased with what they have

We can accept Shia as sect if it doesn't believe or teach that Quran has changed.
Looks like Allah Yari type things sound like that and when are confronted, they do Taqiya, means hide their faith. We can't really tell until we know that Shia's are not doing Taqiya.
شعیہ مزہب اپنی نا سمجھی میں حضرت علی پر تہمت لگاتے ہیں کہ انکے سامنے ایک نہیں دو نہیں تین خلفائے راشید گزرے جنکی خلافت تو کیا ایمان بھی ثابت نہیں ہوتا مگر حضرت علی خاموشی سے یہ سب دیکھتے رہے اور کسی سے بھی جنگ نہیں کی۔ بلکہ جب حضرت علی خود خلیفہ بنے تب بھی کسی خلیفہ کی خلافت پر کوئی سوال نہیں اٹھایا۔
حضرت علی کے فرزند' نواسائے رسول صلی علیہ وآلہ وسلم یعنی امام حسین رضی اللہ تعالہ نے یزید کے آگے اسکی خلافت کو چیلنج کیا تو حضرت علی بھی کرسکتے تھے۔ اب یا تو شیعہ حضرات یا تو یہ کہنا چاہ رہے ہیں کہ حضرت علی مسلحت کا شکار تھے' یا نعوزباللہ ڈر گئے تھے' یا پھر خلیفائے وقت کی اطاعت کرتے تھے جو کہ سنی عقیدہ ہے۔
اگر مسحلت والی دلیل پر جانا ہے تو آج ہر مسلمان مسلحت کے پیچھے چھپت سکتا ہے مگر ہر کوئی جانتا ہے کہ یہ بات درست نہیں۔ سب سے بڑھ کر یہ کہ حضرت علی کو شیر خدا کا لقب ملا۔ شیر خدا کبھی باطل حکمران کے آگے خاموش نہیں رہ سکتا۔ یہ علی علیہ سلام پر تہمت ہے۔
اللہ تعالہ علی کی شان بڑھائے اور انکے درجات بلند فرمائے اور ان پر تہمت لگانے والوں کو حدایت دے۔

How could Shias be righteous when they accuse the innocents for whom the Holy Quran has decreed to be innocents?
24:12 If only the believing men and women had thought well of one another, when you heard this ˹rumour˺, and said, “This is clearly ˹an outrageous˺ slander!”
24: 13 Why did they not produce four witnesses? Now, since they have failed to produce witnesses, they are ˹truly˺ liars in the sight of Allah.
24:14 Had it not been for Allah’s grace and mercy upon you in this world and the Hereafter, you would have certainly been touched with a tremendous punishment for what you plunged into—
24:15 when you passed it from one tongue to the other, and said with your mouths what you had no knowledge of, taking it lightly while it is ˹extremely˺ serious in the sight of Allah.
24:16 If only you had said upon hearing it, “How can we speak about such a thing! Glory be to You ˹O Lord˺! This is a heinous slander!”
24:17 Allah forbids you from ever doing something like this again, if you are ˹true˺ believers.
24:18 And Allah makes ˹His˺ commandments clear to you, for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
24: 19 Indeed, those who love to see indecency spread among the believers will suffer a painful punishment in this life and the Hereafter. Allah knows and you do not know.
24:20 You would have suffered,˺ had it not been for Allah’s grace and mercy upon you, and had Allah not been Ever Gracious, Most Merciful.
These scums continue to level slander on the Mother of the believers, which the Holy Quran clearly forbid. The Quran declared H. Aisha RA innocent and promised severe punishment for those who continued.
They are deniers of the Holy Quran.
These liars and taqyia welding scums once again deny the Holy Quran by cursing the Sahabas, who are given the glad tiddings by Allah SWT.
9-100 As for the foremost—the first of the Emigrants1 and the Helpers2—and those who follow them in goodness, Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. And He has prepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow, to stay there for ever and ever. That is the ultimate triumph.
There are many more Ayats in the Holy Quran supporting the Sahabas and giving them glad tidding. But still, these deviants curse them and use inappropriate names for them.

شاہ سے زیادہ شاہ کے وفادار ایسے ہی لوگوں کو کہتے ہیں ۔۔
اہل تشیع کی خلفائے ثلاثہ اور حضرت عائشہ رض بارے بکواس سن کر ایسے لگتا جیسے نعوذباللہ حضرت علی علیہ السلام بھی خلافت حاصل کرنے کے لیے بہت بے چین تھے حالانکہ ایسے نہیں تھا۔۔۔ وہ لوگ دنیا کو 3 طلاقیں دے چکے تھے لیکن شعیہ حضرت علی علیہ السلام کو ایسے ظاہر کرتے ہیں جیسے وہ خلافت کے بہت شوقین تھے۔۔
