ٹیکسز کےخلاف احتجاجی مظاہرین نے پارلیمنٹ کوآگ لگادی،پولیس کی فائرنگ،10ہلاک

مہنگائی اور بے روزگاری سے پریشان عوام نے آئی ایم ایف کی مرضی کے مطابق فنانس بل کی تیاری اور منظوری پر غصے کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے پارلیمنٹ کو ہی نظر آتش کردیا ہے، واقعہ کی ویڈیوز سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہوگئی ہے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق یہ واقعہ پاکستان نہیں بلکہ کینیا میں پیش آیاجہاں غربت کی لکیر سے نیچے زندگیاں بسر کرنےو الے عوام کے صبر کا پیمانہ لبریز ہوگیا ہے، عوام نے منگل کے روز عالمی مالیاتی ادارے (آئی ایم ایف) کی ایماء پر تیار کردہ فنانس بل کی منظوری کے بعد پارلیمنٹ کی بلڈنگ پر دھاوا بول دیا اور بلڈنگ کو نظر آتش کردیا۔

عوام کے حملے اور پولیس کیجانب سے مظاہرین کو منتشر کرنے کیلئے کی گئی فائرنگ کے دوران 10 افراد کے ہلاک ہونے کی بھی اطلاعات ہیں، سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ویڈیوز میں پارلیمنٹ کی بلڈنگ میں لگی آگ اور باہر افراتفری کے مناظر واضح طور پر دیکھے جاسکتے ہیں۔

پولیس نے مظاہرین کو منتشر کرنے کی کوشش کی اور ناکامی کے بعد آنسو گیس، واٹر کینن اور فائرنگ شروع کی، مظاہرین میں شامل ایک شخص نے خبررساں ایجنسی رائٹرز سے خصوصی گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ہم اس پارلیمنٹ کو بند کردینا چاہتے ہیں اور چاہتے ہیں کہ ہر رکن پارلیمنٹ اپنے عہدے سے استعفیٰ دے دے تاکہ ملک میں نئی حکومت قائم ہو۔
