This statement by Palwasha is both absurd, logically-hollow and revealing. It's not a political stance, it's actually cult-like military worship, we usually call it "Boot-Licking". It's a sycophantic fantasy that glorifies army's interference not just in national matters, but in cross-border religious issues, which aren’t Pakistan's domain.
This is less about Babri Masjid and more about how low Pakistani politicians are willing to stoop to flatter the military. Probably, a survival tactic in Pakistan’s unique system where politicians stay relevant by bootlicking Rawalpindi, not by serving the people. More importantly, it is an extremely sad reflection of how even “democratic” parties like PPP have surrendered civilian authority narratives to curry favor with the establishment.
