so you compare our court system with their,if police charge him with the bail then he will face the court. So now everyone, start cursing Iftikhar Chaudhry for that, after all BAIL has been granted to a TERRORIST
The point to understand here is, both these legal systems are the same, in , Pakistan as well as UK and there are legal lacunas which restrict the court from exercising any DARK JUSTICE

They will not allow him to run away.. They kept his passport.. but in Pakistan the bail indirectly mean a chance to run away from next hearing as we have seen in almost every case.. This is the difference ..
no, in UK if police bail with charge then he is guilty as charge till face the court. In any case, BAIL has been or will be granted
Which means a terrorist set free, isnt it?

Define THEY?
Right now, we are talking about the court, and the courts have or are going to grant him bail.
THEY is not court in any case, here or there. THEY is prosecution and LEAs, nothing to do with THEY
I mean even if the British courts will grant bail .. it doesn't mean that he is proven innocent.. the case is still not over and obviously they might will keep his passport to ensure that he will not run away.
