Article 6 of the constitution is the main reason of today's chaos in Pakistan. Today military is not suspending the constitution but destroying it article by article but not a whole.
Since this article does not define any punishment, so military is taking advantage of this loop hole. At the same time, PMLN and PPP is facilitating this violation since it benefits them.
Article 6 should be amended for partial suspension as well to stop military intervention.
High treason
6. 2[(1) Any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in abeyance, or attempts or conspires to abrogate or subvert or suspend or hold in abeyance, the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by any other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.]
(2) Any person aiding or abetting 3[or collaborating] the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason.
