We till now have literally been living in the matrix. It was only in April 2022 Khan forced the red pill down our throat and we woke up to reality.

You're not the only one. Guess it boils down to generations of brain washing and indoctrination. People of my parents age would always say we got rid of Bangladesh as it was a burden on Pakistan's economy ( imagine the level of brain washing ) and they were not like uneducated people. Mother was a medical student and dad was an engineer who worked on some of the biggest projects in Pakistan. Mangla and Terbela dams, Karachi atomic power plant. etc etc.

Also that not even in our wildest dreams did we ever imagine those we put in charge of protecting us are actually our biggest enemies. Its like you can never expect your own father to be your enemy, its unthinkable.
