SC takes suo motu notice of Swat girls whipping

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry Friday took a suo motu notice of the media footage in which a 17 year old girl is being whipped out in the broad daylight in Swat.

Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhdy ordered the matter to be presented before a larger bench on April 6. He also summoned Secretary Interior, IG and Chief Secretary on April 6.

He ordered formation of 8-member larger bench to be headed by himself.[attachment=0:o0f6xbp6]SC.gif[/attachment:o0f6xbp6]

So happy to hear about this judicial inquiry and hope that the whole truth comes out and the perpetrators, ALL of them will be publicly punished for this crime against a poor helpless person. This behavior has no place in Islam.

When the State does not capable to full fill its responcibilities towards juistice either deliberately or in any way (becaus of the so called British Law) then the Taliban are totally justified by doing these acts.
There must something behind those so called liberall and fashist mader pider azad Media just to defame Islame and Pakistann, the Media is uproaring after six months of the incident.
BY THE WAY WHIPPING IS THE PUNISHMENT FOR COMMITTING ADULTRY IN ISLAM SO WHATS WRONG WITH IT.

There is Nothing wrong if some one commite any thing wrong specially adultary and be punished. The only question I would asked Taliban Why did they punished a girl only why not the man as well who were also equally culpable, and thats would be JUISTICE.

lets see ur judge chaudary summon those taliban who perpetrated that incident in the court and punish them. i think the best he will do is fire the local commisioner or police cheif for 'not doing anything to stop it'.
he was always sympathetic with the taliban btw, allowed the 64 terrorists captured from lal masjid to go free without any inquiry or interogation.
